Our 20 piece set is made up of 4, 5 piece place settings including the dinner knife, dessert spoon, teaspoon, table fork, and dessert fork. pirouette is polished 18/10 stainless steel. The "18" stands for 18% chromium and the "10" is for 10% nickel. Very nice, very high quality.
