Our Olive Wood trays and paddles are formed from spent olive trees... trees that have aged beyond there ability to produce olives.

Olive wood is very resilient and is naturally wood is naturally stain resistant and doesn't absorb much moisture. The oil in the wood displaces moisture.

Our boards are designed in an irregular shape, adding to the craftsman appeal. The grains are prominent and different on every piece.
